Updating Emergency Contanct Info.
Every year we ask that you submit your information in case of an emergency to Management & Maintenance, Inc. We would ideally like to have a home, work and cell number, email address, and an emergency contact.
Unfortunately, events happen and if the Association has no way to reach you there is often a delay in response, time, etc. Please make sure you update your information by contacting dloq@managementandmaintenance.net or Danielle at 303-755-2732 ext. 214. If you have tenants, please make sure all the tenant information is on file as well as yours.
Overflow Trash & Hazardous Pick-up
Overflow trash pick-up will be collected February 2nd and the 24th. If you have hazardous chemicals that you need to dispose of please contact Curbside, Inc. at 800-449-7587 or www.curbsideinc.com to schedule a time. They will provide you with a bag that can hold up to ten 1-gallon containers for $20.
Q: What is the late date and fee for the monthly dues?
A: The last day of the month and $20.
Q: What do I need approval to change? (Application under Forms)
A: Anything on your exterior home and property including but not limited to anything in your backyard that is higher than your fence, windows, doors, landscaping, etc.
Q: When is the board meeting?
A: On the first Tuesday of every month.
