Q: What is the late date and fee for the monthly dues?
A: The last day of the month and $20.

Q: What do I need approval to change?
A: Anything on your exterior home and property including but not limited to anything in your backyard that is higher than your fence, windows, doors, landscaping, etc.


Q: When is the Board Meeting?
A: On the first Tuesday of every month.

Q: What are the guidelines for snow removal?
A: It's a city requirement to shovel your walks within 24 hours after a snow fall has stopped.  Please visit www.denver.org for more details.
